A round 1918 former cattle barn in Pontiac, Illinois, with a central silo and four dormers, was restored by owner Bill Nolan with help from the Barn Again! program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Westleigh Farms' main barn was raised off its foundation and renovated from bottom to top. The farm, located in Peru, Indiana, is owned by Joey and Sid Kubesch.

Next to Westleigh is the Kubesches' Good Enough Farm, whose brick-sided barn has a lean-to and a distinctive gambrel roof topped with ventilators.
