He may be best known for his glamorous haute couture, but Giorgio Armani continues to expand his presence in the world of interior design. His recently opened flagship hotel, in Milan, where his luxury empire is based, serves as a sumptuous showcase for all things Armani , especially the sleek home furnishings and accessories from his Armani/Casa line. (The designer, who is increasing his support for cultural projects, was a key player in the restoration of the Baroque façade of the San Francesco di Paola Church, just across the street from the hotel.) The company’s home collections also include state-of-the-art kitchens, sold under the Armani/Dada name (a partnership with Molteni Group), as well as luxurious fabrics produced in collaboration with Rubelli. The number of Armani/Casa boutiques worldwide now tops 30, with the newest opening in Miami’s Design District in February. Click through for a look at some of the brand’s latest offerings.
